Things to know before booking your appointments and visiting the Studio

O N L I N E   A P P O I N T M E N T S

To book an appointment click the 'Book now' button on this website then select the service you require and a slot suitable to you,  confirm and secure. That's it! We will send you a reminder of your scheduled appointment 48 hours before your visit.

P H O N E   B O O K I N G

During busy times,  we request that you book online. To book an appointment via phone please have your card ready to secure your appointment with a 20% deposit that will be deducted from your total.

D E P O S I T S

We require a 20% deposit to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to attend or cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be deducted from your total on the day.

Deposits of 50-100% are taken for hair extensions that are ordered for you by Redcoco Hair Studio

L A T E   A R R I V A L S           

We understand that things can come up. we value your time and hope you value ours, too. If you are running behind please notify us. If you are 15 minutes late, that will be an automatic cancellation, your deposit non-refundable and you will need to rebook.

R E F U N D  P O L I C Y 

       

If there is an unforeseen occurrence that forces us to change your appointment at Redcoco Hair Studio your deposit will not be affected or you will receive a full refund. 

A P P O I N T M E N T  T I M E  

Your online bookings and phone appointment times are estimates of roughly how long your hair services will take. Please note that some hair services can take up to 6 hours. Be sure to select your add-ons when booking your appointment so we can allocate the correct time for your service. On occasions, we may be running behind, If this happens we will always notify you via call or text to let you know in advance.

S E R V I C E  C O S T           

Some of our prices on our website and booking System are Guidelines only. Colours, Relaxers, and Permanent Straightening show 'from' prices. If you require an accurate quote we recommend booking a consultation online.

C A N C E L L A T I O N   P O L I C Y

 

If a client cancels 48 hours before their appointment, they will be able to change/amend and keep their deposit which will be transferred to the new appointment.

 

If a client no-shows or cancels within 24 hours of their appointment, they will be charged 100%

 

What if someone doesn't want to give their card details?

 

If a guest refuses to provide their card details over the phone to secure their appointment, we reserve the right to not book the appointment. This ensures the smooth running of the salon schedule and allows others to efficiently secure their hair appointment. 

 

How do we enforce this policy?

 

Our booking system, Phorest, requires a card on file in order to book an appointment. If a client calls the salon to book. We will always ask for your card information over the phone. Phorest then verifies the card and the appointment is booked! We do not store card information.

 R E S C H E D U L E / A M E N D

Changing your appointment to a new date can be done 2 days before your appointment date.

Click 'visit my booking History' in the booking section to see all your appointments and amend accordingly.

S K I N / P A T C H  T E S T S 

Patch tests are a compulsory requirement under the Health and Safety at Work Act that must be carried out 48 hours before your colour appointment to ensure there are no allergic reactions to our salon's professional colour system and is a good way to keep you safe.

D E T A N G L I N G 

We request that your hair is detangled before your visit to help your appointment time run smoothly. If your hair is tangled and requires a lot of attention before your service starts there will be an additional charge. 

S U R C H A R G E S

Charges will apply to longer, thicker-density hair. For accurate pricing, we recommend booking a consultation online. There is a consultation charge of £24. This fee will be deducted from your total when you book and attend your follow-up appointment. This is non-refundable if no follow-up appointment is scheduled or failure to attend follow-up appointment.

H A I R   M A I N T E N A N C E

As part of your healthy hair journey conditioning treatments tailored to you are required on a regular basis. Your stylist will advise you to rebook each salon visit

O V E R  C R O W D I N G

 

For health and safety, we request that only persons or minors with a guardian that is booked in for their appointment, attend the salon to prevent overcrowding.

Z E R O  T O L E R A N C E

Our clients and staff enjoy the peaceful warm relaxed atmosphere at the studio, it's a place that we use to focus on you. To keep our environment safe all threatening, aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and we will take action if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse services to protect and keep our environment safe.
